Took my carpet shampooer for a repair and they informed me I had a warranty that would cover anything wrong with it. The part they needed was no longer available so I got a new unit! Thank you thank you thank you! I almost just went and bought a new one!

First time I ever took a vacuum cleaner for service. Had a bad on/off switch. Charged me $20 to diagnose my old Dyson. +$40 for a new switch installed. Gave me a few other options that I opted out of. Friendly staff. Didn't try to swindle me. I'm happy

Brought our Bissell PetPro shampooer to them for repair, and to my surprise, it was still under warranty. They were able to get me a completely new unit, free of charge! Most businesses would've found a way to somehow capitalize.Will be sure to tell everyone I know about my great experience ?
