Eleven years ago we bought some outdoor swivel gliders from Buckeye Amish Furniture in downtown Powell. We recently experienced a problem with one and Ed went way out of his way to fix it. I really appreciate the outstanding customer service!

Ordered 2 tables from this furniture store. 1 arrived with blemishes which they fixed and we were satisfied that they made it right. The other arrived in a different color than ordered and will take the table back but they said they are not able to guarantee the color. They have the color in their showroom but are not willing do deliver the correct color? In asking to replace with the correct color they again said that they cannot guarantee the color and would not accept an order with fear the color may not match again. Ed said he cannot guarantee a match. Use caution when ordering.

Great experience here! They may not have a ton space to layout all the items you might expect, but it doesn't matter. The staff is knowledgeable, no pressure, and ready to help you put together the perfect pieces. They have sources for more than you can even image (and they'll customize to your particular needs). Representatives will take the time and offer patience to the process as you chose from a never-ending selection. And pricing...well, they just the best...so it's a "win" all around when it comes to custom, high-end furniture that's built just for you.

Very nice selection of beautiful wood items for the living room, dining room and bedroom. Shawn was very helpful, answering all our questions and guided us through the process. The table and chairs we selected was high quality and beautifully crafted. After looking at their web site I was concerned we wouldn't be able to make a decision but seeing actual pieces and being able to sit in the chairs made our decision very easy. Shawn even put both chairs we were considering at the table so we could see how it will look. I would highly recommend Buckeye Amish Furniture for anyone in the market for high quality wood items.

Super nice store! The salesman actually listened to what we wanted to buy and not what he wanted to sell. He explained the specifications of the different kinds of chairs and what would work best to hold our 7 foot nephew's. Will definitely be back for future wood furniture needs!
