I have been going to b rose for years and have enjoyed the experience however this last time was a little upsetting. My daughter got a stomach bug so had to cancel the day off. Stomach bugs aren’t something that you typically get advanced noticed for. I was still charged for the visit as if I went. $120 dollars. I understand a no show fee for habitual people but like I said I had been going for year and had never had issues. It’s a little frustrating because I really enjoyed the service I got but I have no back up child care. They wouldn’t work with me even though it was the first time this has ever happened in years. I then tried to message my stylist who I think blocked me because the messages were no longer going through. It all just seemed a little childish and unprofessional. So if you need flexibility, this is unfortunately not the place.

I have been a client of B/Rose for a couple years now. I absolutely love the staff, environment and hair artists. They truly all know their craft. The owners are amazing also. The salon is easy to get to with great parking. So quaint and such a lovely place to get your hair done. I always look forward to my appointments. I highly recommend all the stylists here.
