Had Brian do a complete analysis and repair of the vehicle. Just took it to HHI with bikes in tow and it ran great. Always worried about taking a car with that many miles too far, but after talking with Brian and the repairs he made I felt very comfortable in taking it that distance. “Quick and easy! I came in for a slow leak in my tire with the intent to replace my front tires as a whole to get it done. They didn’t jump to replacements and offered to repair, which speaks volumes with other places attempting to sell you or increase your bill.
I was able to make my own decision without pressure to replace before winter and get an oil change.
They also partner with Acima so you can get necessary work done without paying the upfront cost.”

“The process took longer than expected for two reasons. Damage occurred while at the shop that was not Gerber’s fault and they took care of it. There were some quality issues with the work that was addressed with Vince and Abigail. After I brought it to their attention they took care of it.
