“Had an issue with my car on the way to work and decided to go home and look for places to get it looked at. I was able to make an appointment online for that morning (LOVED that!) and the people at the front desk were nothing but amazing when walking in. I had the pleasure of working with Joe upfront and Adam worked on my car in the back. Between these two, the experience was amazing. They were thorough and knowledgeable in what they do. I absoultely love the classification they use for the importance of the work that needs done and what to be on the look out for in the future. Joe called to explain everything and provide a quote right after they texted the inspection findings over; Joe was great at making sure I knew what really needed to be done and the importance of it. My car was able to get completed that day and since I lived close enough they were able to pick me up to go get my car back. While I went in for one thing that had nothing to do with the repairs actually needing done, I'm so glad I went and they showed me items that needed done. I had even gone to a tire place not too long ago for an inspection, tire rotation, and all that jazz and they didn't catch that my rotors and breaks were in the state they were in. Despite being shocked at the items needing done, my car is feeling nice and smooth again...she's like brand new.
Highly recommend this place hands down... especially Joe and Adam. Quality, friendliness, knowledge, and safety is important to this company and the employees (something you don't find very often). So make sure you come here and go say hi to Joe (and the others up front..of course)!”

“Every time I go here, they do a great job. I'm a car enthusiast and almost always do my own routine maintenance - oil, filters, plugs, brake rotors, pads, etc. I do NOT like to let other people touch my cars. But when I am busy and don't have time or it's something i just do not have the tools for, I take my cars here. Alan and his team are great. They do the job right, do it to a high standard, and do it for a good value. I don't trust just anyone with my vehicles. I trust these guys.”

“Quick and easy! I came in for a slow leak in my tire with the intent to replace my front tires as a whole to get it done. They didn’t jump to replacements and offered to repair, which speaks volumes with other places attempting to sell you or increase your bill.
I was able to make my own decision without pressure to replace before winter and get an oil change.
They also partner with Acima so you can get necessary work done without paying the upfront cost.”

They gave us a great estimate in less than 24 hours, but since it's an older car, we decided it wasn't worth fixing. They gave us companies to contact to help sell the car and even allowed us to keep our car on their property until it was sold. I was amazed by their customer service even though we didn't spend $1! I would highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone!”
