“The process took longer than expected for two reasons. Damage occurred while at the shop that was not Gerber’s fault and they took care of it. There were some quality issues with the work that was addressed with Vince and Abigail. After I brought it to their attention they took care of it.

“So on 7/19/24 I was referral over to Germain by my service agent at Lexus of Easton, I went to get an estimate on two areas of my car done but was going to pay cash for one damage and the other was covered by insurance. The guy that gave me the estimate stated that it would be completed in one or two weeks. Took the car in on 8/12/24 and got a rental car. I called in to see the progress of my car and I got the run arounds every week. I email the guy and gotten what sound like an excuse one after another about why my car is not being worked on. They had to order a part for the car and he had no ETA on the shipment therefore can not work on my part of the damage,at this point I had to return the rental after extending over 3 weeks. I gave them another week and then I called and still no idea when the part will come in so I expressed to him that I will just pick up my car and to let me know when it comes in and I will bring it back. Then the next day got an email from him that the part was in and it was up to me to continue or I can still cancel the service. So I continue with the repair. Then a week goes by have not heard from him until I called and got Brianna Gingrich whom stated that the guy will be out for a few weeks and she would take over. WHEN I SAID SHE TOOK OVER, she delivered. She followed up with every step of the way and I got my car back in less then two weeks. I was going to RATE them a 0 but because of Brianna I will have to give HER a 5+. Thank you so much Brianna.

“I recently took my Jaguar to Star Gloss Auto Appearance because there was some damage in my rear bumper. Honestly, I was pretty impressed with how they handled everything. The team was straightforward and knew their stuff. They got straight to work and fixed the bumper quicker than I expected. When I saw my car again, I was amazed.
