“This antique store looks small from the outside but it's huge inside! There are so many different things to look at. I collect die-cast mustangs and I found one here that I didn't have at home! So a great find!”

“I visited Elm and Iron Clintonville, 3475 N. High St. in the "Clintonville" neighborhood of Columbus, on 11-24-2023. I have often walked past there while on my way somewhere else; I decided to actually visit there on the day after Thanksgiving.Elm and Iron Clintonville sells high-end home furnishings, accessories, and décor. They have been at their Clintonville location since 2012; they now also have a location at Easton Town Center and a warehouse [open Monday-Friday by appointment only] in Grandview.I had been greatly impressed by the quality of the merchandise that is for sale at Elm and Iron and the high-quality way in which that merchandise is displayed.I had visited there at dusk; the several photographs that I had taken while I had been there had been quite dramatic because of the quality of the light that had been coming in through the windows. The building in which Elm and Iron is housed had been built in 1929 to be a new location for a business in downtown Columbus whose main purpose had been to sell automobile tires. The Clintonville location of that business, according to a 1929 article in The Columbus Dispatch, offered complete motor car service. It is obvious, when looking at the architectural style of the Elm and Iron building, that that building had been constructed for a business whose main purpose would be to repair cars.If you are looking for some high-end home furnishings, accessories, and décor, I strongly recommend Elm and Iron.”

“Shopkeeper is very friendly and there are lots of cool pieces to see and its all set up very pretty! It’s a fun place to shop however the prices are a big outrageous, one I noticed was $45 for one glass cup when across the street they charge $45 for a whole set of 6!”

“I’m so happy to recommend this lovely shop in downtown Westerville. I was searching for Annie Sloan chalk paint and Amy and her staff went over and above to help me with my project.

I had accidentally damaged an old kitchen table with bleach and sought to redo it with a distressed look. Not only did they provide me with everything I needed, Amy was very helpful writing out every step of the process by hand.

As a result, my project turned out to be much easier than I had expected and the results were amazing! Thank you very much for all your help.”

“I've bought a couple of nice things here, like a large late 1800s Jacobian chest. Not the highest end selection, but you can find the occasional gem if you're persistent.”

“If you come to Clintonville, this is a must-stop place. Not only is it packed full of goodies and little treasures, the staff is exceptionally kind. I always particularly love the finds in the basement as there is a lot of vintage tees, hats, and more home goods. I always get excited to pop in and see the new ways they've changed it up in there.”

“I have worked with Jon, the owner, over the past 2 years for several complex clocks. His knowledge of clocks is amazing. He is always professional and personable. He is punctual and detail-oriented. He does a wonderful job, and his prices are reasonable. I rarely write reviews, but I believe Jon deserves a great one!”
