Had auto, home, and umbrella policies with them for at least seven or probably eight years. It is sad to see them gradually going down the hill. I called in 2023 to add life insurance to my policy and never got a meaningful response. Fast forwarding to Feb. 2024 when my policies were up for renewal, I was surprised to see there was a significant increase on the premium, for no reasons I could think of. So naturally I emailed them to ask why, but I never got a response. I decided to quote around elsewhere. I couldn't be happier with the decision, for now I am paying less than two-thirds of what I had to pay before, for the same coverage with a highly ranked insurance company. I only regretted that I hadn't quoted around before.

Highly recommended. Very responsive and helpful. On several occasions, Burrey has shared ideas that could save me money without reducing coverage and/or significantly increase coverage at virtually no additional cost. I really appreciate this insight. I've only had to create one claim, but both Burrey and Erie Insurance were terrific.

I would NEVER recommend this company. I called 2 days in a row to discuss my policy that I have thru Jeff Burrey's other business Cornerstone in Pickerington. They are VERY rude!!! I had recently added a car to my policy when I mentioned my husband & they are now threatening to not renew our 2 different policies if we don't combine the 2 different policies into 1 all because we recently got married. Corey was extremely rude to both my husband & I. Jeff wouldn't even call me back. Christina is at his Pickerington location & I am currently looking for new insurance for our vehicles & home.

Burrey Insurance is a great company to work with. I selected them because they appear to be financially sound especially since they have been in business for many years. They have great rates and I have peace of mind. I highly recommend them.

At the beginning, I thought Burrey was a great company. They were attentive and helpful. However, once everything started, I found out a few months later that my insurance company was cancelling me due to my "restricted-Breed" dog. I had turned everything in that Burrey asked for. Apparently, it wasn't enough and my homeowners insurance was cancelled. Burrey NEVER contacted me back to tell me that I had no homeowners insurance. I found out 6 months later when my mortgage company asked me about an invoice. Of course, Burrey knew this was their fault and tried to get me another insurance company instead of working with the one that I already had to remedy the situation. They didn't want to admit fault on their behalf to the insurance company so they just wanted to switch me to another one which I think is not very professional at all! So, needless to say I FOUND MY OWN insurance...and then had a very rude conversation when I was cancelling. Would never recommend them.

The owner did not fight for me, when I got in an accident and has not returned calls now for a couple weeks. As a 10 year customer I just expected more. In the process of switching now.

My main problem with them is, at least my agent was not at all professional. She tried to avoid my calls at the time of renewal (claim free ); then set up a meeting; and did not attend the meeting that she herself set up.You as a agency should be more transparent if you do not want to get someone's business; but this type of behavior is not acceptable.
