So I went to cash my check. The website clearly stated that the drive thru was open until 5. 4:27 it all said closed! False advertisement is junk! You NEED TO FIX IT. IF I HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK I WOULD DEFINITELY close it.

It's okay as far as banks go but need to upgrade the drive thru. Takes way too long. Bank was closed on a Friday so had to use the drive thru on a Saturday and waited in line for an hour or so. One of the lanes doesn't work properly so a person has to come out to grab your stuff then go inside to deposit or grab money then come back out to give it to you. That was actually the quickest lane too. Been like this for a while now.

12 years with this bank lived all over the country and still keep them. Always great staff assistance and a convenient location every time I come back to town.

Best bank ever. I've been with them for at least 10 years if not longer and have never had a problem.

So I’ve been a customer for 3 weeks now,My company was bought by another so I withdrew some 401k and trans America mailed me a check, my wife took the check to Wes banco in Portsmouth Ohio, the lady said it would be nine days before we could get any money from the check, so I called trans America and we 3 way called still they said no !!!
