Changing to a new phone I had problems with my Sims card. Hannah from the Portsmouth. Ohio store helped me get everything setup in minutes! She is amazing and very good with customers! Ask for her!!!

Hannah was so knowledgeable and honest and went above and beyond. I've had other workers here who were rude and just rushed me out the door. But from now on I'll just come to her!

The last time I went to the Verizon store at portsmouth,I was so mad I wanted to drop Verizon after 14years! The rep was dishonest and had no knowledge of what she was doing! I can honestly say dealing with Hannah today was the best experience I've had in the 14 years with Verizon. She is not a 5 star,she is a 10 star!

Hannah was the PERFECT representative. She rode out on a unicorn and helped me find the perfect phone for my fiance, she was so patient with me when something went wrong and never stopped laughing and joking with me!! if you need a new phone go to Hannah!!!

Upgraded a device, only 1 week after paying off the last one. Exactly what I said I wasn't going to do but anyway, the woman who did the upgrade was super knowledgeable and helpful. Everything went smoothly and we were done within an hour. She's good at her job! The stock is low at this location but it worked out. My issue comes with the billing side of Verizon and the non-corporate, independent Verizon stores that don't disclose this information. It's only when you run into a big issue that you discover Verizon isn't going to be at fault or help in any way. Now I know though and I'll be more mindful of where I shop. Happy with our phones and in for another 36-month contract.

Hannah was phenomenal and gave top-notch service! I came to get a new phone while on my break at work and she was quick, efficient, and even worked with me and allowed me to come at a later time to pickup my phone. She left it on charge so it was fully charged when I picked it up and it was already setup with my number and service!Overall a 10/10 experience. I would highly recommend Hannah!
