I came to drop off a pkg to find that you closed at noon. Several ppl like myself while typing this review thinking you would be open on a Saturday when most ppl are just starting to be out and about. Your banking hours is very disappointing and the 1 star is just so I could post this review. You should seriously think about reviewing your Saturday hours to maybe like opening up later like 10 am and closing around 5pm. This would help out alot of ppl like myself.

This store needs an automatic door. It very hard to have a big box and try to get the door open. The workers (some of them) just watch you try and get in, ;(

It's not ok to drop my package, of 3 pairs of pants, in the snow, at the bottom of my hill. A dog ended up dragging the bag all over our farm. I had to go back and look on our camera, to end up tracking the 3 pair of pants down. They were literally strung all over our farm!! So $100 or more worth of pants were just dropped off on the ground, in the snow, and drug out all over by a dog. Top notch job by the UPS driver today!!

The store was Very Busy. Jace waited on us and was very polite and friendly. The other female employee was also very nice as I waited in line I had a chance to observe them both. They both did an excellent job in dealing with their customers. They both kept the line moving at a reasonable pace. Everyone in front of us never had one complaint. Very Well done guys!!

I went to here first time to return a package I was helped by I believe he said his name was Jonah. Overall it was a great experience and he was alot of help and it was a quick and easy process. ❤️

Anyone know how I can get in contact with the owner? I have been trying to resolve an ongoing issue since the wrong label was placed on my package in August. Both the Store Manager Adam and Ops Manager Curt are refusing to get me in touch with them. Wanted to try here before I file a BBB complaint.
