Used to love this gym, but they’ve removed almost all the free weight racks after the renovation, limiting you to machines (which can more easily cause injury due to limiting range of motion) or dumbbells (which limit the exercises you can do). There is only one straight barbell and one small rack, meaning no barbell bench press option and no ez-curl bar for improved wrist mobility. These weights are instead in a “student athlete”-only gym, inaccessible to the non-athletes students whose tuition helps to pay for these facilities.
