I've used this company for going on 4 years, and unfortunately noticing my bill has doubled since opening my account. Looking into a wifi, then adding the apps may actually be cheaper after all. Because my spotty service isn't worth the headache.

Do I dislike paying for internet each month? Yes. Do I appreciate their excellent customer service and courtesy when a tech comes out because my dog chewed through the lines and they need repaired? Most definitely! The only complaint I have is that the chat line can be pretty frustrating, which is why I didn’t give a 5-star review. Thanks, Spectrum.

I ordered a phone and talked to a accct rep while I signed my papers. He said good alp done you will have your phone by Tues. It'd Thurs and I call and not one person can help me. They took all my money and I'm screwed with no phone. Never deal w spectrum

I first tried to get a defective phone replaced by calling Spectrum corporation. I got 5 hrs of basically options that was going to cost me 200 dollars. I finally got someone who told me to go to the store who could do a free return by calling corporate and being walked through the process. The manager told me not a thing and absolutely refused to call anyone. Pretty much was told pay up or cancel service.Update: I went through with an insurance claim for $44, and Zac went ahead and processed it quickly. I got it delivered by FedEx the next afternoon. Unfortunately, the package did not include the key to open the Sim card tray. I took it to the store, and Zac went above and beyond to swap my Sim card and even helped me pull the memory card from an old phone. Zac then spent at least 30 minutes helping me to swap my data from my defective phone to the replacement. Zac saved me quite a bit of hassle having to do this myself and did an excellent job of taking a very disappointed customer into an extremely grateful customer.

Spectrum treats me with respect and is always more than helpful with all of my needs. I walked into Spectrum today and was happily greeted by Pam, who cheerfully helped me with all I needed. She made sure their was nothing else I needed, and she always had a smile on her face. Pam made me feel appreciated as a customer. Definitely recommend Spectrum for all your home internet, TV, and mobile needs!!

I have Spectrum and I always have to call and have a repair tech sent out. In 3 years time, I've had 6 incidents where the equipment stopped working. Since we live in an area that gets no cell service, we are without a phone and television, when Spectrum Services are out. We have wi-fi, voice services, and cable and our bill runs close to $300 a month. I'll be so happy when I'm able to switch to a different company.

Had a spectrum router for 4 years went bad took it back down and they replaced it no problem but it had Less ports than the old. Of course it was the weekend so I had to wait till Monday. Went down to the local office told her my problem. I needed another port and all she could say was sorry.
