Their Internet keeps your phone from ringing so if anyone wants to file a class action settlement lawsuit, please let me know because my phone should be ringing when it’s connected to Wi-Fi, but it isn’t because spectrum is keeping our phones from ringing

Friend of mine called the call center and DeeAnn was no help. Unfortuatley this review is on the local store since idk where she was located. Internet increased to $87 which is asinine for this area. She said there's nothing she can do and everything was in the service contract. She mentioned she's on a recorded line so as long as she answers all the questions she'll pass the survey. Super short with us and offered no problem-solving solution, which is expected from Spectrum. Then she said if you return the equipment, your plan will cancel, which is a lie because when I returned my equipment, they charged me for months afterward. I'll never use Spectrum and convinced my friend to switch providers. Do better customer service and business practices suck.

I've used this company for going on 4 years, and unfortunately noticing my bill has doubled since opening my account. Looking into a wifi, then adding the apps may actually be cheaper after all. Because my spotty service isn't worth the headache.

Do I dislike paying for internet each month? Yes. Do I appreciate their excellent customer service and courtesy when a tech comes out because my dog chewed through the lines and they need repaired? Most definitely! The only complaint I have is that the chat line can be pretty frustrating, which is why I didn’t give a 5-star review. Thanks, Spectrum.

I ordered a phone and talked to a accct rep while I signed my papers. He said good alp done you will have your phone by Tues. It'd Thurs and I call and not one person can help me. They took all my money and I'm screwed with no phone. Never deal w spectrum
