It has workout equipment. Swimming. And silver sneakers program. All good. I used to go a lot more than I do now but the one with the pool is so far from my house.

Nice place, lots of various Gym Equipment here & a Pool for Hydrotherapy too.Understaffed but very helpful & Accommodating when they show up.Easy access in and out by Wheelchair, but not all areas are easily accessible by Wheelchair Handicapped people.Great place to join to use the much needed Exercise equipment.Yuers, Abdon

I've been working out for almost 3 months with cardio rehab & I am off oxygen for the first time in 5 years, my sugar is great! I feel fantastic! The whole staff is supportive & so great to work with. I have lots of love foe this place!

Last time I went in the pool was over chlorinated it was burning my eyes only able to sit in there about 30 minutes senior citizens go there for the swimming area is about as rudest can be in one of the female lifeguard was frowning and had a sour face the whole entire time she was there only paid attention to her phone felt very uncomfortable

Best gym ?️♂️ in 70 miles any direction cheap with everything a builder like me could want. Minus a cold plunge but no one has one of those lol.

I Absolutely Love This Place. It's Kid/Family Friendly. Senior Citizen Friendly. Basketball Court, Full Clean Gym. 3 Lane Walking Track. Spa, One Large Heated Pool For Therapy and Limited Public, Another Large Semi Heated Pool With Specifi Lap Lanes and Another Large Area For Members to Swim. Always Clean. Never Over Populated. It's Just A Great Place To Work Out And Relax. Tons of activities and only 5$ to bring guests (per person).
