I needed a storage unit fast and it was on a Saturday and I was happy they were the only ones open so I called and rented one very small one and $80 later to go to take my stuff there only to have the unit with a red padlock on it so I called and was told I'm very sorry it must have already been rented and there was none left to rent they offered me a larger one and I asked them if it would be for what I paid for and they said no it would be about 60 more dollars so I could not afford that and the stuff that I had to put in storage I ended up losing because I had nowhere to put it.
The place is very dirty very unkept it looks run down.
I am now waiting on a full refund and I'm really hoping it will be for every penny that they took and they said 7 to 10 business days

Moved out of unit and was charged an additional month because it was the last day of the month. Customer service is very unpleasant. Absolutely no care since they are nowhere close to Ohio. Espect caonstaint price changes. Do not recommend.

Rough drive in it's really hard coming off 23 and then you stop on a real step drive to push enter buttons and it's hard to pull in up the hill

A freaking joke try to pay them they change the way you pay them when you do pay they say we didn't receive payment and you have money order receipt then double lock and cost you more don't take care of the grounds got stuff out cause scared go up there people inside the fence supposed to be secure lmao wouldn't recommend to no one
