Made a 1'400 dollar order with a tv and deep freezer and was told on the phone they had soundbars in stock, drove 45 minutes to the store looking to add one and they only had 1 in stock with 3 different versions of it starting at 529. Then asked about tv mounting services and was told 350 to mount the tv we ordered and the mount was 150 and labor was 200 and was told all other mounts are not worth it. I have 2 other tvs mounted in my house both were 29.99 onn brand from walmart and I (254 lbs) hung from both onn the wall. They came off as rude when asking questions and for that reason we cancelled our order with them.

I got a great deal on Frigidaire refrigerator, much better than Lowe's or Big Sandy! I knew what I wanted and had excellent service at the store. No bait and switch and very effiecent service. In and out in 15 min. The delivery men were awesome. They showed me everything about the refrigerator, ie, how to change water filter, settings, how to use Hex wrenches to adjust doors, explained about running water through the water dispenser and disposing of first ice before using, etc. can't say enough good about them. My husband and I were so impressed by delivery we were sure to tip delivery men generously!

I swear it had to be fate!!I had a bad experience with purchasing an upright freezer from my employer (I paid for stainless steel & they delivered me a white one). Well, it's going in my garage so I absolutely did NOT want white. I had been searching all over for a stainless steel upright & a coworker suggested Rich TV! I went onto their website, found the exact freezer I was looking for & sent a text asking if it was in stock or had to be ordered. I got a message back as soon as they opened saying they had ONE on hand in store!! Turns out, it's actually not one they keep in store, but a previous customer ordered it & was too big!! Delivery was the very next day!! Thank you guys for being awesome!!!

Excellent prices, quick delivery, and superior service. When my new floor freezer was not cooling properly, RICH TV immediately replaced it with a BETTER model.

This is the place to call when your garage freezer goes out during a heat wave! Not only did a real live person pick up the phone, but the service was fantastic. They had a new upright freezer installed in the garage the SAME DAY! Talk about a life saver! This is definitely where we will get our appliances from now on! So much more helpful than either Lowes or Big Sandy were! Thank you Rich! You saved the day!

Steve and Jeff were the delivery drivers and they were so Professional. They put a pad cover over my refrigerator to make sure it didn’t get any scratches. They put the handles on the refrigerator. I couldn’t of been happier. They were the first delivery guys that were on time. They said 11am and they were here at 11:00am . Thank you Rich’s Tv. I like buying local! Keep our friends and family working.
