You will find out quickly that this CrossFit box is much more than a place to workout. This box is a community made up by families, local businesses, veterans, and soul seekers. The work PSKC does for the local community and the lives they are touching is truly amazing. I am proud to be a part of this community through fitness.

Hands down the best gym in southern Ohio! They welcome you with open arms, regardless of your fitness ability, and will take the time to teach you instead of just leaving you behind. The coaches and members of this gym will treat you like family the first time you go! Such a great place!
