So I’ve had loud noise coming from driver side of my truck. I’ve had it two different ford dealerships and one local mechanic all telling me different diagnoses. I’ve had the differential replaced and hub assembly and actuator on left side they told me was bad. Still had the noise after each mechanic worked in it. They blamed tire noise. So I go and spend $800 on new tires and made appointment to make sure it wasn’t an alignment problem. Went to Pollocks alignment today and told mechanic the issue I was having. In 15 minutes he diagnosed it. It was a right side wheel bearing and he had it fixed and done all in 45 minutes and reasonable price. All along it was the problem not all the other stuff mechanics told me and cost me over $4000 dollars. I didn’t even need alignment. I highly recommend pollocks for repairs. This will be our new go to mechanic now.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I hit a pile of snow in my driveway that had turned to concrete after our freezing temperatures and it ripped off the spoiler and another piece above it on my Explorer. I was just going to ask for someone to remove the dangling spoiler until I could have it properly repaired. Nate put it up on the rack immediately and was able to reshape the upper bumper and re-attach my lower spoiler piece. The charge was MINIMAL! I've used Pollock's in the past and I highly recommend them. You rarely find this level of service and professionalism these days.Service: Body & Trim

I recently changed the struts on my van. After completing the task, I had an issue with the alignment. After calling a few businesses in the area, Pollock's was the most affordable and they were able to get me in quickly. They did a great job and It didn't take very long at all!
