This place is terrible. I went to get a reliable car to take my 8 month old daughter to appointments and they sold me a car that had MULTIPLE problems with it that they DID NOT tell me about. The locks on the cars didn’t work properly and I had to crawl through the car to unlock the back doors just to put my daughter in the car. Every time I attempted to drive the car I noticed the tire light would start dinging and lighting up and whenever I would drive the car above 50 mph the steering wheel would shake badly so I could NOT drive it. I had the tires checked due to the tire light always coming on and found out that there were KNOTS in the tires. Anytime I would start the car it wouldn’t start immediately either. It would have a drag to the start before finally starting. I called to tell them the problems I was having and was lied to and told that they couldn’t look at it for 2 weeks because the owner wasn’t there. And then I called back the same day for them to finally agree they could look at it the following day. I took it in with a list of problems to show them and when I went to pick it up I was told they fixed two things in the car, but I would have to pay for the tires, tire light, and locks to be fixed. And they never mentioned the car not wanting to start. I took it home and the problems continued so I called back and asked about my down payment since I wasn’t able to drive it hardly at all the whole time I had it and I was lied to again and told that the owner would be back at a later date and I couldn’t speak to anyone about my down payment until he was back, but I was welcome to turn the car back in if I didn’t want it. So I took the car in and told them I was turning it in and they tried to act like they never talked to me about the problems or me returning the car. So I asked again when I could talk to the owner about the down payment and was lied to again and told a completely different date for when he would be back. Then I called today to speak to him just for him to be very rude and keep getting loud with me and speaking over me. He would not let me explain ANYTHING, just continued getting rude and loud with me and cutting me off every time I talked and then asked me how many miles I put on the car and when I tried to answer him he cut me off and said he knows already because he already checked and then said I went to a used car lot so there’s no getting any money back. Also when I told them I got the car to take my baby back and forth to appointments they said that that was not their problem. It was a 2008 Chevrolet HHR maroon in color. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. 0 star if I could.

I literally just called to try and get some info on vehicles before I came in, and I automatically got yelled at when I was asking some info and he started asking a lot of personal info that I didn’t wanna give right away, and just cause I wouldn’t tell him my last name he started yelling at me more saying he’s not gonna tell me nothing about the cars and hung up on me once again, oh and what I mean by again I got hung up on the first time I tempted to call… I DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THEM, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE AS CAN BE…..

Didn’t use the car side but used the storage units with it, the units are big and very well priced the people there are super nice and helpful if they can be

Great buy here pay here car lot. Lots of vehicles to choose from. They do have a big ugly repo guy that takes his job way to serious, so I would definitely not get behind on payments. If so just give the vehicle back until you can catch up on the payments and get it back. Very fair people to deal with. Just be honest don't give them b.s. stories and they will work with you! Highly recommend!!!

Very rude liars and thieves DO NOT DEAL with new rides Will fabricate paperwork even when you have bank statements proving the truth. Con artist buyers stay away go to an honest dealer.

I was due for a reliable, decent used car. After speaking with Larry Fitch on several occasions, I was not at all pleased with the way he spoke to & treated me. He lied to me & led me on. I had the money to spend on a car & in the end I'm glad I didn't give it to him! A complete jerk & it was probably bc I'm a woman.

Was there with a friend terrible terrible dealership they deal in absolute junk and usually prey on people that can't Finance anything anywhere else. I would have would these people if looking for a used car
