Very friendly staff! Everyone that we interacted with was very friendly! We just went in for a free appraisal and they made us feel like we were paying customers. I know a lot of businesses that offer "free" services often treat you like less than a customer, but not here! Thanks for a very enjoyable visit!

I took my wedding set here so they could update what needed to be done to it after wearing it for over 25 years. Glad I did I found out one of the prongs needed taken care of or my emerald cut diamond in the center would have fallen out. They fixed my bold 14k hoop earrings too that I had for 20 years too. Everyone there is so good at fixing my jewelry and so professional. That’s ?

Update 2; The crystal fogged over on a rainy day; Watch is back in the shop to see about restoring the water resistance.Update; Got the watch back, it looks like new! Highly recommend this jeweler.Brought my father's old watch in for repair; It's rough, unreadable, and not running.
