After a horrible experience at a different body shop in town when I had an accident a few years ago I was not looking forward to the headache of getting my car fixed this go around. I hit a deer 2/1/24 had my car dropped off and into a rental on 2/2/24 and Monroe’s had the fastest turn around I’ve ever experienced with me picking up my car today 2/16/24 without sacrificing quality. My car is as good as new and you would never know it had been wrecked. Everyone I spoke to was amazing and so helpful and friendly the whole time. I believe it was the owner that was out front when I dropped my car off and had my 5 year old with me. He shared some candy and made his day. 10/10 recommend Monroe’s over any other local shops. They are up front kept me up to date and delivered my car on the expected completion date with no issues or troubles. They will be the only body shop I use moving forward.

They fixed my Caddie and they were very good and quick. A lot better place then the place on the trail that’s starts with the letter (G )
I’ll aways use Monroe’s for my two cars . They also cleaned the car too . Happy customer ?

I had to take my car there for an insurance job after being rear-ended. My car looks awesome but beyond that there is a young gentleman who works there who knew me and he even washed my car and scrubbed my wheels and they were shining like brand new Wheels. Monroe's takes very good care of your car!! I've had to take a few cars there for various accidents or vandalism. I would recommend Monroe's to anyone who needs to have any kind of body work done on their car. They have shops in Jackson as well as other locations give them a call if you need your car done.
