Was assisted with one of their employees that was very helpful, friendly and professional and also did a great job. Tamara showed me some recliners and explained the sales and how they were priced. Tamara then left me to browse on my own and was available the minute I needed any service. Long story short I left very satisfied and had purchased a new recliner. I will have to say all the employees that I delt with that day were very helpful and polite and very professional and also made me feel very much at home. I would recommend the Portsmouth Big Sandy a great place to shop.”
