I went to this salon with my friend yesterday to get our eyebrows waxed we’ve been wanting them done for a few weeks and we were excited we walked into the salon and the owner told us that she didn’t have any time to do our brows until after 5pm said ok made the appointments and left until then. My friend’s appointment was at 5pm and mine was at 5:15pm we arrived at the salon at 4:56pm and we sat patiently until about 5:30pm for my friends appointment to start while we waited there was absolutely no interaction from the staff. My friends eyebrows came out good and the owner seemed very good at what she does and professional until I got on the table and she allowed another staff member to “watch” meaning talk during the entire duration of my service and distract her! She started telling me how my eyebrows were bald and I had no arch or shape which is not true I had beautiful brows until I walked in that salon! I just wanted them cleaned up my friend told her the same when she got hers done. She told me she’d do a test strip to start and see where I wanted to go from there.. and that I might have to go thinner even though I informed her I wouldn’t like them very thin the test strip she was referring too was waxing my entire eyebrow off my face she took the tail off and didn’t stop once until she was completely done with the first brow and then said “ok so should we do the same to the other one?” As if I had a choice at that point I left the salon in tears I’ve been growing my eyebrows for years her idea of “fixing” her mistake was to tell me not to cry and that she never had anybody cry and I felt humiliated by her and felt that she was mocking me. She handed me a $5 off coupon and said to let her “redeem herself”. I do not recommend this place. The owner is extremely cocky and does not listen to her customers about their preferences. The girl “watching” also said afterwards that they didn’t look “that bad” my eyebrows have been sore red and scabbed. I understand people make mistakes but after her claiming to have been doing it for 26 years I think it was intentional. I have never left a bad review. & have never had that much redness & never ANY SCABBING or pain especially 24 hours after the fact. Putting before and after pics. The owner also specifically asked me to not “drag her name”

Alexandria did my hair and she is amazing stylist and I would recommend her for anyone! I love for my crazy colors and she is just the girl for my hair!

Absolutely would recommend anyone to go get your nails or hair done or both I’ve never had a better experience than I did today all the girls are wonderful and it’s a very laid back environment they welcome you in and you feel so comfortable Ladawn does amazing on hair I was extremely impressed and to Regina for getting me in last minute to do my nails they turned out amazing and I am very impressed thank you girls so much for making me beautiful for my baby shower

Regina, Torrie, Jordan, Tiffany... There's a group of amazing ladies there. I've been going there for over two years and I'll never go anywhere else. I feel at home there, and they genuinely care about me. I've made a few great friends.
