My bf ordered me flowers and had them delivered to my work. he ordered purple and pink roses in a purple vase as purple is my favorite color. When the flowers arrived I noticed that most all of them looked very old, there was brown trim around most of the petals and the stems to some of the roses were even brown. I was so upset because I know how expensive flowers are. I couldn't even enjoy them because they looked so lifeless. I had our CSR call Kirby's and report the issue. The owner was very nice and offered to replace them. This morning they brought me a new bouquet and the same issue is present. The flower petals are brown around the rims of the petals and they feel like paper. They're not even fragrant. I am just disappointed at this point. If you don't have good quality product you should call the customer back and ask if something else would suffice. Flowers cost a lot as it is and people are putting their trust in you to deliver a high quality product to their loved one. I hate that this happened and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. We will not be using Kirby's Flowers in the future.

My flowers never last half of a week and today they delivered wilted frozen lilies to me! How could you load them or even deliver such garbage? update they made this right immediately which I appreciate

Kirby’s is amazing. The owner was lovely and I explained that I had ordered flowers through a different florist for my grandmother and they never showed up. She put together a custom arrangement and got it out to my grandmother the next day before the predicted snow storm. (She lives up on a hill w gravel roads)My grandma absolutely loved the surprise ?

We had a viewing on a Sunday and found out they don’t deliver on sundays! I understand that’s the Lords Day but if there is a death, it can’t be controlled. We decided to drive down there on Saturday (because their website said open) but they had three different signs on their door. Two of them said “Open, call the number posted and knock loudly”! And one said closed on Saturdays!! How in the world are you supposed to get flowers for a weekend funeral?!?!
