I called ahead to see if they take walk-ins or do appointments. I drive all the way across town to get there ,and then they tell me that they'll call me when they're ready they wouldn't even let you sit in there to wait!

We went in around 1 to get nails done and was put on a waiting list was told it would be an hour. It's now 4:30 and they just now called to.ask if we wanted our nails done. I understand it's Saturday and this is a busy time for nail shops but don't lie to people and keep telling them it's going to be an hour more than once.

Didn't know had to make appointments and then they was complaining empty but said they was fully booked and i drove all the way there for my daughter's birthday so very rude definitely don't recommend

I received so many compliments on my nails today! I absolutely love them. Jimmy always second guesses his talents (clearly he doesn’t need to; he’s amazing). Hand drawn flowers for my perfect spring look. Trina and him always impress!
