Excellent experience from start to finish. Had to have vehicle towed to have battery replaced under warranty, service staff worked with me to ensure it was able to be received without me making the drive to the dealership and it was ready before noon the next business day and even picked me up over an hour away to get me back on the road in my Honda. Excellent and very compassionate team that truly cares for its customers!!

Billy was excellent at helping me find the perfect 2025 Pilot for me!! He was patient and professional and we all laughed at how long it took be to find the perfect SUV! He was knowledgeable and even helped me set up everything in the Pilot from phone to seating to the keyless features. Thank you William Crabtree! Sales staff was cordial and answered all questions without reservation, to help us decide which car on lot would best meet our needs. We looked first at.a RAV4 but decided to buy the 2025 Honda CR-V after test drives. Deal closing was also cordial and helpful; no hidden costs!. We left satisfied. Highly recommend Glockner Honda in Portsmouth OH.

Worst experience ever these people cant keep their story straight all lies there said they ran threw a bank and they didnt then they said i was lying when i said another deal got me approved threw that bank. Id stay away

Glockner is a great place to car shop. I was greeted as soon as I got out of the car. Very friendly atmosphere. My sales lady was Jacie. She was so kind and personable and so knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased. I spoke with her through texting and she was very patient with me. Excellent customer service from entering the building to finishing with the finance manager Mark Martin. I will give them a score of 20 out of 10. I would return to buy another vehicle. I'm very pleased with my new Honda!
