Had my motor changed in my 15 Camaro ss I was quoted 2,800 out the door when I go to pay the bill and pick up my car it was over 4,000 I asked them to keep it under 3,000 and keep me updated I was told 1 time it would be a little bit more for gaskets so I told them to go ahead with that I wasn't expecting a little bit more to be over 1,200 dollars more, then of course I couldn't have my car until the bill is paid they should be more detailed about a little bit more that little bit more was almost 50% of the original quote so I paid the 4,000 then they ended losing money counting it and I had to pay more so all the way around just a bad experience with glockners this time the glockners in ironton said they would have done it for 2,200 I'll probably be going there from here on out

I could look elsewhere for better hourly labor rates and maybe save some money.
I want it done and done right the 1st time , each time.

Easy, friendly, and professional. We drove down from Columbus. There were 4 vehicles in which we were interested, When we arrived, our sales person, Tony Christopher, had all of them ready to go for test drives. All were in really good shape but we really liked one above the others. We felt we received a really good deal, they took their time to help us consider possible add-ons and did not pressure us when we didn't select some. It really felt like they wanted us to get the vehicle we wanted, in the price range we needed and were happy to have us there. I highly recommend this organization and Tony to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
