Hit me with a trade in offer on my vehicle then revokes it after me being upfront and honest about its shape. They sold the original vehicle I was interested in which I understand happens all the time. After monitoring their website I found another I was interested in and got back in touch. Won’t even waste my time with Glockner in the future.

After a vacation ending accident in South Carolina we limped home. Glockner repaired the Honda Odyssey in a very professional manner. Andy Runyon went above and beyond in insuring that the work was done on time and correctly. The whole staff was courteous and always willing to go the extra mile for us. I would highly recommend Glockner for auto body repair. The car looks great.

We purchased a car with them, paid cash and they were supposed to have taken care of the lease vehicle that we also gave them and the amount due, but didn’t. My husband was ill and passed away and now I have a huge bill to still pay on the lease they told my husband they would take care of. They say they know nothing about it. I felt they betrayed us.
