“Kroger here in Portsmouth has friendly staff. The staff here are always helpful and manage to keep everything stocked. The gas prices are good. It may be a little hard to find a parking spot though.”
“I needed to place a phone order from the west coast for a birthday bouquet to be delivered in Wheelersburg, OH for my sister-in-law. Not knowing much about the local shops, I took my chances. I had called another local shop multiple times that day and left a voice message stating my need to place and order. I still have never received a call back. My second call was to Bihl's Flowers, and I'm so glad the first one never responded. The florest at Bihl's was fantastic. Very nice. Great customer service. We laughed a bit. She gave me a good price for what turned out to be a very beautiful arrangement. Since I couldn't be there to see it in person, she texted a photo to me the next day and I was very pleased. The flowers arrived on time, and my birthday sister loved them. I would highly recommend Bihl's Flowers and Gifts for really pretty flowers and great service.”
