Signed up for Direct Deposit and after my first $500 that was deposited I got a free $375.00.... so to say the least it came when I really needed it!! So now I hav a bank account and in trying to save money, lol .

Called today about how to close a account and the woman that answer the phone was rude and talk down to me like I was stupid. All I wanted was some help and instead I felt like I was asking to much of this person. She was rude. Glad I’m closing my account with them.

Great customer service, great online banking optiins. Everyone has treated us amazing for the 2 years we have been with them. We switched to 5/3 after having horrible service for years through a different local bank, we were nervous switching, best thing we've ever did. We feel valued & appreciated.

Been banking for awhile , and the customer service over the phone needs improvement. Every time I call there is so much attitude. But when I visit there is no problems . Might just find me a new bank where they actually want to help customers.

Asshats! Found out I could get free checking since I work for a company that they provide that for. My bank is currently in Arizona so moving money requires alot first before it gets moved. Found out today that my savings automatically closed. No one told me that would happen. So they transfer me to open a new one. Lady on the phone requires both of us to be present. Bye Felicia!! Account closed!

I've used Fifth Third for two years now and I'm really satisfied with them. I use the online banking options, primarily the app, and Zelle. It's really handy. I rarely have to call or go to the physical location at all, but the few times I have has been great. Everyone's been nice and efficient.

very unhappy with this bank!! They robbed me when I cashed my check! The teller shorted me money, she didn't count the money. When I got to my car and counted it myself it was short. Complained they didn't do anything. Manger never called me back. Will never use fifth third bank again! They are sumbags.....
