Routine medications at this location for me and my partner both and often times when we get prescriptions they make us come back the next day even though they have like 6 hours to prepare these simple prescriptions before they close. When initially being told they would only need an hour or two, and then we show up and still not ready. Now they have changed the pharmacy hours to open at 10am which is ridiculous when they can’t even get them ready in time before they close most days, keeping us from having medication we need. At 10am when the pharmacy now opens we can’t make that time work with having a job. We have to go way longer without necessary medications. Most likely will be switching pharmacies.

There is no way there that busy have been on hold for 45 minutes I don’t understand how come it takes so long to get a prescription,no matter how long it’s been there, and even get phone messages it’s never ready when you get there,9/12/2023 I have no idea how cvs has stayed in business, I bet you it would take a day or longer for them to get a prepackaged prescription off a shelf, and I don’t have anything against elderly people hope to be one someday, but the very old rude worker is is just not a people person and no matter if your 22 or 122 if your going to work with the public you shouldn’t be so hateful

Never have my routine meds in stock, won’t call to tell me they need to even order them. Just seems they need more workers and it’s not the teams fault either! I would have went to another pharmacy. Insulin is very important! However the staff and everyone are very kind at this location!

Wait times can be absolutely ridiculously long sometimes. Just plan on leaving a Rx & picking it up later or have it delivered.

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy the lady tried to take over my card payment pad and put her hands on mine to do so! When I jerked away she acted like I was in the wrong and threw my keys at me after scanning my CVS card

I have always got all my meds here and today I have never witnessed a pharmacist as rude as the one that my mother and I had to deal with I will never come back to this place again this is the one on scioto trail we was not pleased at all on how he handled his job! Very disappointed and very unprofessional
