I have a newborn and ran out of gas and they refused to fill my tank for 2 days because that was the soonest they could get to it I’m sorry but if they are only 10-15 minutes tops from my house it shouldn’t take that long

I’ve been out of propane for four days and the only thing that they (told by two different people on different days)can tell me is that they don’t know how to get ahold of their drivers. Very unprofessional !!!!!!

Like a bonehead I forgot to check my fuel level before cold weather hit . Woke up this morning with no heat . I called at opening this morning and within 2 hours my tank was being filled . Couldn’t ask for better service

Cox is a great business. My propane ran out on a Saturday during closed business times and they still delivered to us. Thanks cox and I suggest everyone to you guys that heat with propane.

Excellent service. Had an issue with a tank regulator after a ice storm that emptied my propane tank. Called the Cox office at a little after 8am, by 11am the same day my regulator was replaced and tank refilled.
