I came into this location to start a new family plan. I got the privilege of being assisted by Caleb. Caleb was AWESOME!! Super friendly. Great personality! && he exceeded all of my customer service expectations! We ran into some snags along the way, but he was determined to get things done && that’s what he did! Thanks so much Caleb!! We’ll be back to see you in the future!!

I give this place zero stars due to my phone only being 8days old and tried to contact the boost on Portsmouth Ohio on my 7th day to turn in this phone bc the power button is hot and the springs r showing so no I dont recommend boost to no one

The Boost Mobile near me would not answer the phone I had called them multiple times just ask them a simple question. And the question is how much is your Motorola power g screens? The most simplest question for them to answer and they would not answer the phone to answer the question. I don't appreciate that very much. That's why I gave it a one star. I like the other services that they have, but, I do not like what the current representative of that store of the time that I had called them had done. It is not business etiquette you don't do that to customers and I am a current customer of this Boost Mobile and any Boost Mobile.

boost charged my credit card after a one month minty nine cent trial. I never received a sim fir the truck told them that and they refuse to refund my card. lie to me and tell me I will get a refund in 72 hours then when I call back tell me I didn't ask fir a refund. I'm schizophrenic and homeless due to a house fire I've called them over thirty times. you di nit want to do business with boost.

Very nice guy that works their and fast at fixing problems went in with my online purchase and activation problem and not only fixed it but got me a refund from my online purchase will definitely recommend and stop back in their to get a case for my phone

Rick is an awful manager and refuses to do his job. We wouldn't recommend using this store as it's unprofessional, rude, and a lack of willingness to help. once you buy, the customer service will drop off immediately.

Do not shop here. Rick the manager isn't professional nor is he willing to help. #boostmobile customer service had me drive to his store to get an account number. Rick refuses to help. I'll be posting videos of the calls where Rick hung up on my twice and I will be messaging the owner.
