Went in to check out some recliners and to just check out the inventory and prices. Was assisted with one of their employees that was very helpful, friendly and professional and also did a great job. Tamara showed me some recliners and explained the sales and how they were priced. Tamara then left me to browse on my own and was available the minute I needed any service. Long story short I left very satisfied and had purchased a new recliner. I will have to say all the employees that I delt with that day were very helpful and polite and very professional and also made me feel very much at home. I would recommend the Portsmouth Big Sandy a great place to shop.
