Got a car from them and it’s broken down several times in the last 7 months of driving it. They refuse to fix it unless I pay more. Struggling to make the extra high payments and they have very unprofessional and rude employees. Lady told me to get a second job if I need more money like working 60-80 hours a week isn’t enough already. They won’t help you if you fall behind because of the rising cost of living. Cars are lemons and customer service is hateful. Don’t use them at all.

This is the 2nd car I have bought from the company I have been behind on my payments they worked with me and to be honest my car is the best car I have ever owned they will be my 1st choice when it's time to get another car

Giving them 1 star is too much, but I can't give them zero stars which is what they deserve. Save your time and money or they will take both and leave you with just a lemon to show for it. Also don't trust anything they tell you because the paperwork won't show what you agreed to

This company LIES AND SELLS LEMONS!!! BEWARE!!!!!!My wife bought a car years ago and the cars front axle was bent and so we ran threw 6 tires in 1 month and never received tags for the car. They promised to not put it on her report because they messed up then still did it. We will be getting lawyers for this but on top of it all this place is SHADY!!!!

Never bought a thing from them but they sold my phone number to car warranty telemarketers and now I have up to 6 calls a day from them despite the fact I am on the National Do Not Call registery

Rude customer service. If you decide to go with this company make sure Jan is not your account representative. Set up auto pay and she put it for the wrong day and called me and yelled at me saying they were coming to get my car. Very rude and unprofessional. If you have other options I wouldn't even consider this company.
