The man in charge of the U-Haul side of Ace gave my rental to another woman and charged my card for her rental. Although, he did do a "reversal" and my card was credited for the amount. It was the principle that had me frustrated. Aside from prices being somewhat high, they do have a good product selection and friendly customer service.Update: Today my wife and I visited to find an adapter for our washer. Stan was the gentleman who helped me find what I needed and he was extremely helpful. Stan went above and beyond and ordered the part I needed. Stan even offered to deliver me the part because I live locally. I certainly enjoy shopping at Vandervort Ace Hardware!

The people of ace are excellent, their amount of stock left a void though. They are always on there and despite how I feel in large stores, they make me feel at ease. Something this old vet doesn't get very often.
