The victra in port Clinton in which the manager Diamonte said he would help discontinue the business account just says I promise to call you back. The manger Natasha is just as bad. They say they will return calls and they do NOT. Very convincing to want to try the business plan but are not helpful in trying to cancel it. If I could change carriers I would buy because I purchased a new pixel phone it will probably be a nightmare. Which I'm dealing with.

Someone new Everytime you come in or being trained. No one knows what they are doing. Waited for 45 minutes for someone to come in and completely cut the line because she knew the lady working. No "hi or Hello" when you come in. Everyone that works here acts like they have a gun to their head and forced to work here. Wait times are insane and instead of trying to fix the problem they shove "new specials and deals" down your throat to stick you with more fees and payments. looking at the other reviews it seems to be a common accurance with a basic response to talk to corporate so they can jerk you around over there.

The staff here are incredibly rude. When I came here with my mother, no one acknowledged us, or spoke to us. One employee was helping a customer while the other was doing something on their phone. We had to wait 15 minutes before we could be acknowledged only to find out they couldn’t do anything for us and we’d have to go to the Verizon store in Sandusky. I don’t recommend giving them your business.

Watch when they tell you have a free phone all you have to do is pay the taxes wrong in in a contract that you don't sign is automatically free means free I would segest going with another company there there rude at the one in Fremont ohio they will never see me again same with the one in port clinton ohio they say there free but there not before you get a new phone have them sing a contract saying it free I've been with them since the bag phone no more they just lost a good customer they just lie right to your face this company is going down hill why don't you call me

WARNING, DO NOT get your Verizon phone or service from the store located at 3978 Harbor Light Landing, Port Clinton, OH. This is just an authorized dealer whose main office is in Raleigh, NC, the company is called VICTRA. I had a personal account with 4 lines and wanted to upgrade an IPhone on the plan. They told me on a personal account I had to open a new line to get the $830 trade in credit but if I switched to a business account, we have a small business, I didn't have to open an additional line and would receive the credit. They also told me my monthly bill would be cheaper. The rep, Sierra, lied to me and they were very deceptive as a store. I did not get the $830 credit and they added 3 phone lines on my account which I did not authorize. My bill is over $100 higher a month now. I tried calling the store and asked to speak with the manager on two occasions, I NEVER received a call back. The manager is pretty much non-existant and very unprofessional!!! I have had to call Verizon directly MANY times and have spent a few HOURS on the phone. Verizon is stepping up and trying to help me get this mess all worked out. I have had an account at Verizon for over 20 years and never had a problem. Do yourself a favor and ask when you go into a Verizon store if it is a corporate branch or it is an authorized retailer, especially if it is under the name of VICTRA!!! Very shady!
