Fantastic service and great communication offered here. We had a tire blowout outside of Port Clinton and ended up towing our car here. They found a new tire and fixed it in hours. Lisa is very kind and we really appreciated her help.

I was visiting the Marblehead area on vacation and suddenly had car trouble at 4:45 on a weekday afternoon. I called Port Clinton Auto Repair (because it was nearby and was open till 5:30) and was told I could bring the car right in. My car's problem turned out to be a simple fix that was done in 15 minutes. Everyone I interacted with--from front desk staff to the mechanic--was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. I'm VERY grateful! Thank you!
