I own 2 shops on the West side of Cleveland and we had a mutual customer with Next Gen Auto. Called up and spoke with them regarding an issue we had and they were super professional and helpful. I would 100% recommend them to any of my customer's who were out that way or for anyone living in the surrounding areas.

The staff at Next Gen are so friendly. The prices are reasonable. When I have issues with my truck, if I have any questions, the mechanic will talk to me and explain what’s going on. I would recommend them to anyone.????

Our car both got a flat and had lug nut locks that Walmart wouldn't remove and Advance Auto Parts shrugged at, leaving us stranded hundreds of miles away from home in any direction.Sam took care of us in a flash, and had us back on the road quicker than it took to drive there from into town! Thank you so much!!
