Picking our Appliances from Frank’s was easy and painless. Tim was so easy to work with and answered all of our questions. Setting up delivery and install was also easy. We are so glad we shopped at Frank’s. Sylvia was also a real delight.

I had a great experience purchasing a new washing machine here. I was told if I had any questions to feel free to ask, and was able to walk around and look without feeling pressured into purchasing anything. Purchasing the machine was quick and easy, and the price was better than anywhere I'd previously seen it listed online. We don't have a truck, so I did have to wait for delivery, but the delivery was quick and I'm quite pleased with my new machine and the process as a whole. This was my first experience there, as I wasn't really familiar with the business prior to this. I will definitely be a repeat customer when I'm in need of a new appliance.

We recently built a house in Marblehead and wanted to purchase our appliances locally. Our real estate agent recommended Frank Sales in Port Clinton. Not only were their prices competitive, they had all of our appliances ready when we called for them. This was during the supply chain crunch following the pandemic, when many products were unavailable. On the day of installation, the techs arrived on time and did a great job. A few weeks later, we needed some adjustments on two appliances. The same techs came out and were very responsive. I doubt we would have received this kind of attention from a big box store. We highly recommend Frank Sales!

Called for service… never again. The lady (Silvia I think was her name) was extremely rude and nasty. She seems to be the common denominator for their low star reviews. I can’t speak to their service or products… never made it that far, we called another company.

I bought a washer, dryer and dishwasher. The washer died not long after warranty ran out. They were super helpful and even got me a great deal on a fairly new washer that some traded in. You want good service, go here.

Had my dryer repaired by them AGAIN! Second time, same repair in 10 months Simple repair...burnt wire at the heating coil. Second repairman told me the first repair was done with a connector not heavy enough for the job and that's why it burned out again. And they charged me again for the same repair they did incorrectly the first time! Obviously they don't guarantee their work. And I agree with other posters...lady who answers phone and sets appointments not real pleasant.
