Chuck and Julie always return phone calls quickly and get you scheduled in a timely manner. I have been dealing with Chuck for years and he is the best in the industry. He repaired our dryer a few months previously, did a good job but was fairly expensive. Called Chuck back to work on washer of same make/model. Explained in detail what washer's issues were, reminded that they had made a previous repair, and Chuck came to look at washer. Can't get parts for it anymore and charged the full estimate, $85 + tax. I could have understood a half charge but no. Complaints were not acknowledged.

Great Job! They run a business the old fashion way. Courteous, great follow through, good communication. Efficient, neat & expert knowledge. Had a Frigidaire dryer that wouldn't run. Chuck found the problem immediately, ordered the part. Returned when part came in fixed in a timely manner. I highly recommend for your appliance repair needs
