Expensive broke my hood,won't stay up now. Charged me $129 to check to see what was wrong with my air conditioner @ could have went to advanced auto and had it checked for free!

Just want to thank Jason S for not only helping us find my son his car but also steering us to the right direction as well!! This has been a long few months trying to find something nice for my son and between Jason S at the Port Clinton dealership and the other Jason at the Fremont one too!! Came in looking to purchase first vehicle was a little picky but they had exactly the car I wanted in my range and I have to say Jason was the best with helping would recommend bauman to everyone and anyone the experience for my first time was a 9/10 just a little stressful at times but that’s everywhere. Was super pleased with how it turned out!

Terrible rude staff! Acted like they didn't want to help me. I told them how much money I had for a down payment and they acted as if I wasn't "rich" enough to grace their presence. I guess they base their sales on how you look, how much money you have and if they want to help you. Stay away from there! I went down the road to Fremont and got great service and a nice car

Couldn't even get me in for just an oil change. I'm from out of town here till Saturday. She said she'll try to squeeze me in. She sent me to an advisor and he said 3 weeks out for an oil change never heard that before ? today's the 30 couldn't get me in till 13 what a joke would not waist my time at this location.
