So I took my truck in for service a few times a long withy wife's truck. Thought they were honest...
WRONG!!. I was told they checked everything when they service my vehicle to include all fluid levels, belts hoses, tires everything.i take it home wife goes to store comes home to the truck squealing loudly. Checked under the hood. Belt is shredded and wrapped around the pulleys including the power steering. Once I took the ruined belt out of the pulleys I checked the power steering, almost empty! Funny thing was it wasn't leaking. Indicating the service was not completed like promised so I called them and told them. They said bring it down, I did. The next day I was called and told they figured out the power steering pump was bad and that's why the resivor was empty, WHAT!!! I asked them before to find a fuel leak too. I was told they can't find it and left it at that, a fuel leak, potentially a fire issue and they didn't care. So on the belt I was told they didn't have the belt and it would take two weeks to get the belt!! Huh? The most popular belt on dodge diesel trucks and no got. Every parts store in the area has three and I wasn't even offered to have one of them brought to them. The service manager just shrugged his shoulders, The service manager , and I use that title very loosely, promised to call me to make an effort (yea right) and just as I thought, took the cowards way out and never called. So I spent a lot of money for repairs and got an incomplete job with no customer service whatsoever. And, this is the best part never was offered me any money back or anything for that matter. So I bought the whole doughnut and only got a doughnut hole back in service. When you go to a dealership you expect a cut above the rest, professional service and care. This is clearly the McDonald's of dealerships. In fact, I'm gonna try McDonald's next time, maybe their techs will be better trained to fix my truck. Or maybe a monkey with a crescent wrench. I was a Cummins tech for years, trained by Cummins themselves and can confidently say they are extremely lacking in education of how to fix..well anything...if it's humanly possible go anywhere else to get your vehicle fixed.
Update:they are supposed to be sending a check and admitted to not completing the job. Doesn't change my opinion about how I was treated though
Update: 04/24
So I checked my transmission level yesterday and found it a quart low. I crawled underneath and found the trans pan bolts were finger tight. They serviced the trans last. More faulty work. I could have lost my brand new trans because of their poor workmanship.

I purchased my vehicle from here last Friday. Best experience I have had with a dealership. They had got me approved when I couldn’t get anyone else to do so. The process was pretty quick. I thought I was having trouble with the vehicle and they did not hesitate or give any trouble on looking at it. They also came to me, in which I am over an hour away from them and even brought me a loaner vehicle until they were finished and then brought my car back to me and picked up the loaner vehicle. I would definitely recommend Mark Porter in Pomeroy OH. Thank you for all that you have done!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new truck dave Cunningham got us a great deal he was polite and very well spoken the entire sales staff treated us like family and even tho we bought a used truck the detail team made it look like a brand new one we will definitely be returning for future purchases

We had a very positive experience at this dealership with our sales person Kristi Felts. She offered the highest price on my trade in and we feel like we got a great deal on the GMC Sierra we purchased. She also offered us to test drive it overnight. We came back the next day and signed papers. She worked hard to get us the best interest rate and was able to get our payment exactly where we asked for it to be.

I saw a car on cargursI contacted the dealer about it, and they called me bake the next morning. I went there and talked to Dave Cunningham, I bought the car and I'll say it was the best car buying experience I've had. Would recommend Mark porter to anyone looking for a good car at a good price ?

Was looking for a used truck looked all around Huntington and South point Ashland area. I just couldn't find what I was looking for so I drove up to the dealership. Told them my price range David cutingham worked his magic and showed me an 18 bighorn that was just traded in . Got me an amazing deal. There prices are souch better then anything else I have seen around Huntington area. It's worth the drive . Ps I love my new truck . Thanks David
