Wasted my time and waited for confirmation about a truck I had serious interest in. I wasnt kept informed, communication was spotty and vehicle was sold without even being notified.

Amy Harrison was a great sales rep. She made the experience so much better and I was worried about buying a new vehicle but she gave me a great deal that I couldn’t pass up. Amy was very personable and I feel like she genuinely cares about all of her customers. I will definitely recommend this dealership and Amy to any friends and family that are looking for a vehicle!

We had a great experience to say the least! Awesome customer service from Bridget Wright, from all the questions to all the different trucks we drove. She was patient and understandable on what we wanted. The lot had plenty to choose from as well. We are very pleased with our purchase and experience at Mar Porter!

I went to Mark Porter GMC yesterday after waiting an hour or two for a return call about a trucks availability on their website. After getting to the car lot I asked about the truck and was told it was transferred to their Ashland, Ky store. The salesman I was talking to was very helpful and checked with management to see if they could bring it back. They said yes. The salesman said he would call me the next morning after verifying the truck was there, and he did. He said he had the keys on his desk and if I sent him drivers license and insurance he would have it ready for a test drive when I got there. After I arrived there I was told by another sales guy that he had a deal in the works to sell the truck. An hour latter my salesman and myself are both screwed. THEY TOOK THE KEYS OFF MY SALESMAN'S DESK AND SOLD THE TRUCK WHILE I WAS IN THE PARKING LOT.

Nice, except for the extended warranty prices. Pay attention to the price they want you to add it to your payment per month. Over $5.000 in extended warranties. You already have 3 year 36 thousand miles if you buy new.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Mark and his family since 2009. I met Mark at the Ripley dealership and we quickly became friends. In 2010, Mark and Chase personally helped me with a dealer-assisted trade. In 2019, Mark's son, Chane, assisted me with another vehicle puchase by referring me to terrific sales lady at their Ford dealership. At the time, my husband was in a wheelchair and Chane and another salesman helped me lift him into an F250 so he could ride home in his new truck. I also had a motor replacement completed at Chane's Ford location and quickly made more friends with his staff. This week, we worked with Jesse Kimes at the Porter's Chevy dealership in Pomeroy to purchase our first GMC Acadia. I LOVE the Porters. They have always been amazing to work with and such kind people. My only complaint was not getting to see Mark or Teresa this week. Sending much love and continued blessings to the Porter family and staff. The finance lady was terrific! You will love her! Thank you to everyone who makes the Porter car buying experience so amazing!
