I just left Walgreens in tears the way I was treated by the worst Pharmacy ever..I will never go back there again..All those women should be ashamed of themselves..I would never recommend Walgreens Pharmacy to anyone

Personally, I don't know about the pharmacy because I don't use it, but as far as the store goes, it's great, right in the heart of Poland. I have been here at least 100 times and I have never had a bad experience. The prices at Dollar General are better, but the variety here is unmatched, and the cashiers are always friendly.

Worst pharmacy Ive ever had to deal with. Terrible overall. The phone system is horrible. You have to deal with a robot, go thru several prompts just to get transferred to a call center (after a long hold) that transfers you again to the store (after another hold).
Switching pharmacies ASAP

Worst place ever! If there was an option to give a no stars I would! I hate that this is the only store in the middle of Poland to go to. I went in and the cashier was out of 1’s. Called for a manager multiple times, the manager finally comes up and asks if I want my change in quarters. I said No and she proceeds to count out $4 in change. I looked at her and said you can’t give me dollar bills? She rudely was like I gave it to you in quarters!

Absolute idiots. All of them. Customer service is terrible and don’t even try to call ahead to see if a product is available bc they’ll keep you on hold for 20 damn minutes just to tell you “yes” and then you show up to the store and they tell you “Sorry we actually don’t have that”They’re a waste of time.

I went there several months ago to pickup money through western union. I went around 8pm and went to the service counter. The manager was called over, I unfortunately didn’t get her name, but I told her I was picking up money through western union and she literally said “at this hour?” I’ve never went back since. I tried to ask her what the hours were because I wasn’t aware that there were different hours for western union and she didn’t say anything.

Nice clean place. Easy in and out. The pharmacy does a nice job and has been good about filling drop-off prescriptions in an hour or so. They also offer drive up pick-up for your meds and have even filled scripts given to me by our veterinarian for our animals. Good place overall.

Do not buy gift cards from this store. They don’t properly load them and then don’t stand behind it. Worst store

The staff would not give me a printed receipt after checkout, although I repeatedly asked them to do so. When I came home, I checked my emailed receipt and found that I was overcharged $10 for an item that I had purchased. Very disappointing.

If I could give a -0 I would. Just called to ask the pharmacy prior to picking up my prescription why it says $423 for a supply of my medicine when I just got it last month at hometown pharmacy for $35. The lady was so quick to get my order cancelled and get me off the phone it was sickening. I asked her why she didn’t seem helpful or caring at all and her response was “Covid did me in”. Bad customer service skills and could care less when brought to her attention. Can’t switch my pharmacy quick enough now

Friendly and knowledgeable workers who are efficient but also detailed service, clean and organized store and facilities, comparable prices and some great deals.
