I called to purchase an arrangement for a funeral. Carrie was extremely helpful. I also called late in the day for delivery the next day and no problem. Would highly recommend this florist.

I live in VA. And called on 4/2 to place an order for delivery to a family member in Poland. We had a death in the family. The girl that answered the phone kept asking me to repeat my order. I told her exactly what I wanted delivered and she said it would be really expensive. She said how much carnations and white roses were and I said, fine. I want what I ordered. She then replied, how about we knock it down to $35.00. Put in fewer flowers. Are you kidding me? I wanted 12 blue carnations and white roses, greenery, babies breath with a pretty bow in a clear vase. I have the money to spend so why are you not willing to sell me the amount of flowers that I am willing to buy? She said oh my bad. MY BAD. Are you kidding me? Obviously this business does not need anyone to order flowers from them. They denied selling this customer an expensive bouquet of flowers. Bad customer service. Does not listen to client. Horrible experience. MY BAD...

I ordered flowers on their website on a Sunday and I picked Monday as my delivery date, per their delivery policy. By Tuesday night the flowers are still not delivered to my grandmother. I called their Poland location to be told to call Cornersburg. Um but the delivery address is in Poland. They have not emailed or called to give me any updates. I will never order from them again. I would give zero stars if I could. Awful service.

I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered on two days ago for my mother’s birthday.. still hasn’t come. I have not been able to reach the company either nor have I been given a refund. Would never order from here again.

Ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to my mother-in-law for her birthday. The arrangement was absolutely nothing like the online picture. I do understand that substitutions can be made, but the arrangement was completely different. It was substantially smaller than pictured and very poorly arranged. I was quite embarrassed when my MIL sent me a picture. I would not recommend this florist...

I had a wicked fruit basket and flowers delivered and the flowers were beautiful and the fruit basket was beyond amazing!! They really packed it full of fresh fruit , nuts and some chocolate!!! I will always use Lemon Tree Flowers for all my florist needs!!! I know whoever orders from them will be very happy they did!!!

I live in Columbus and sent flowers to my sister-in-law on her birthday through Lemon Tree. They did a great job and my sister loved the arrangement they sent. I'll be using Lemon Tree from now on. Glad I took a chance on them.
