We just love the work Duncan did for us. Sara was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was amazing, the patience she had with all the questions we had. Also the great crew who worked hard, from John, Steve and the granite installers. They were so friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Sara and all of the professionals at Duncan. They are the best. Thank you for everything.

We had Duncan redesign and update our master bath. We couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole team made the process easy. Kelly did a great job redesigning the space and guiding us in color and finish options. Mike(s) came in and made it reality! I’m excited for our kitchen project to start this summer.

I absolutely love the work that Duncan did for me. Kelly is a wonderful designer and Jason and Josh and Steve did excellent work. I highly recommend using Duncan also, their plumbers Mike and John did an excellent job. They were fast efficient and always cleaned up after themselves. What a great team.

We completed a remodel of our kitchen and 2 bathrooms that included opening a doorway, removing bulk heads and adding windows. The reality of Kelly's design is amazing. We are beyond happy and are enjoying our new spaces. Everyone (Erik, Jason, Michael, John, Paul, Ryan, Matt, Josh) involved in our project exceeded our expectations - highly professional, great workmanship. I will never, ever recommend this place to anyone. I called ahead and booked an appointment with someone to discuss cabinets for the house my fiance and I are building. When we got to the appointment we met with a woman who felt the need to list off all of her credentials. I informed her that we were at the end of our budget and would like some cost saving options (ie laminate counters instead of granite). I told her I want our kitchen to look nice, but I do not need high end products. She built us the kitchen she wanted us to have. No one can believe us when we tell them what she quoted us. She had the nerve to quote our highest package STARTING at $73K. Yes. $73K. The second package was quoted starting at $61K. And the third package for us peasants who can't afford gold counters started at $30K. I could not believe it. I replied to her and told her she should be ashamed of her customer service. If you want to provide service to people who can and want to pay that much for counters then fine, do it. But when people come to you with a budget and explain their circumstances, LISTEN. If you have to tell us you're out of our price range then do it. Don't insult us by quoting us SEVENTY THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS. We went to Home Depot and got the same exact package for $9K. LOL. $9K. Call Jim if you need any work he's AMAZING!

I started with Kelly who guided me through my bathroom remodel. I explained what I was looking for and she helped me get the very wonderful spa like bathroom that I had wanted.I also decided to add my guest bathroom shower for remodel and they worked it right into the current remodel and it turned out beautifully.Everyone that came to my house were professional, knowledgeable and on time. They kept in constant contact so that I knew exactly what was going on with the remodel.
