My father just recently passed and had everything taken care of prior to his passing. They would not write me a cashier check for the remainder of his account. They made me call a 800 number for which then very helpful gentleman by the name of David said they most certainty should have wrote you a cashiers check! I then had to go back up to the bank with tone and attitude unfortunately to get it handled and they then wrote me a cashier check. I will be pulling my investments and closing all chase accounts in the upcoming weeks.

Worst bank iv ever delt with. My father passed away 1 yr ago so far and this bank is refusing to let us close the account. They are making you jump through hoop after hoop. Huntington just wanted to see a death certificate and i was in and out in 5 min. If you bank with chase make sure to make it easier on your family to close the account before you die.

They have always been wonderful to me an they know me by name.Not like Huntington Bank when I use to go there use to have to show 4 proofs of ID. Thats because of so much turn around in employees . Not Chase bank most of employees have been there for years an always with a smile on there face.
