I had an easy, seamless, and friendly car purchase with Eddie. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. There are no gimmicks or anything about All Star Auto Group that made me feel uncomfortable throughout any part of the car buying process. I would highly recommend Eddie or Dustin for any of your car buying needs!

Omg the best school and I had the best teacher. I aced my test with confidence. Due to my instructor John F today. I'm so grateful. Years ago I thought I'd never get my license. But John has taught me to drive with confidence. He deserves a promotion! This school is wonderful and everyone there is so kind. I highly suggest this school if you are looking, and I highly reccomend working with John. I've hit a milestone in my life today.

I went to test drive a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix this dealer had listed for sale because I'm in a situation where I need a car ASAP. I was talking in-person mainly with Eddy, one of the employees, telling him about multiple issues I had found, the cruise control didn't work along with the traction control disengagement, and to top it off the foot-pedal parking brake stuck when I tested it out. This locked the rear wheels and prevented me from driving the car away. This made me question how much they inspected the car before listing it for sale. They told me they would get mobile mechanics out there because apparently they do not have an in-house mechanic who can resolve this issue. I called them today and asked where the car was at, and they told me they haven't made any progress yet. I understand that these issues can happen when buying a used car, that's why I gave them the rest of the week to resolve it. My work schedule also didn't match up with being able to look at it again on a weekday. They also had already ran my credit since I was planning on financing this.I asked about the availability of the Grand Prix today, and what made me write this review is the pure disrespect they gave me when they didn't know they were talking to me at first. They told me "some damn kid was pulling on the e-brake and snapped the cable last week," not knowing that "kid" was me. When I told him it was me, he laughed it off awkwardly. He then asked me If I would offer my personal labor to try to get the cable un-stuck, and said he would "give me $150 off the value," which was pretty insulting since I would have to spend my time and gas money to get there again. This was pretty shady considering I've never been asked this when buying a car with problems. This dealer was extremely uncommunicative and disrespectful when something went wrong with the process of showcasing their car, and didn't do much to help me out as a eager buyer. I do not recommend going here.

I had a great experience doing business here. Very friendly staff and very helpful! Found the perfect fit with me. Affordable pricing, which I was very happy with. Been looking for awhile now and went many different places but nothing seem to jump out at me. So I was very happy I came here! Thanks again!!!!! ??? I will definitely pass this on!

I have never written a bad review before and I took a lot of time to thoroughly decide if I should write this. I have decided that it's within the best interest for others if I were to share my experience. I even contemplated speaking with someone from here directly and shall I get a response to this review, I will have no problem doing so...I bought a car from here in the spring of 2022. The employees and owner were quite friendly and helpful but the car I purchased? The biggest piece of .... I have ever owned!! This was not my first experience purchasing a used car neither but it has been the biggest disappointment EVER.When handing over the check to "the employee assisting me with the sale" I mentioned we were getting ready to take a trip out of state and when he responded "and you're driving THAT car" I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN!!But it was in good faith that I brushed that questionable comment off, after all I am spending upwards of 10k here, would they really sell me the biggest heap of trash? Well YES, they did!Aside from spending over thousands to get work done over the past year, in Sept we needed to get A NEW ENGINE!Now today, another problem arises and here I am waiting for a tow from AAA as I leave this review because I have had it and want to spare someone else the trouble that my family has endured

The best and my most favorite place ever to purchase a car from!!! The only place I will ever go to finance a car!! They are kind and helpful with every part of the car buying process and just all around very nice people!! I would highly recommend going here to purchase or finance a new car!!

We purchased a car here recently for my son's 16th birthday. We were looking for a specific vehicle and had been to MANY dealerships over a 2 month period. Our expierence at All Star Auto was by FAR the best experience we had overall. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and overall seemed very genuine. The process was fast and we are extremely happy with our purchase. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I was looking everywhere for months for a good, clean truck that wasn’t going to cost an arm and a leg, and let me tell you, the salesman Eddie knows his stuff and was a pleasure doing business with him, I will definitely be returning for future vehicles!

Looked around forever for Truck in my price range with the features I wanted.found it @ all star auto quality vehicles all over the lot.
