Looks like a decently clean trailer park on outskirts of the city limits. DRIVE SLOW AND WATCH FOR KIDS !! SPEED BUMPS ARE SPEED MOUNTAINS AND BUMPER REMOVERS so be careful. Speed limit under 20 MPH.

Very well kept. New owners do an amazing job for upkeep on the park. Would recommend anyone who is looking for a safe family friendly neighborhood.!!
