Had an AT&T package to be shipped back to them. I show up to this location per AT&T and I'm advised they don't take the packages there and they directed me to their location inside Walmart. The reason he gave me was because they were never trained on how to handle them. Cmon are you serious? FedEx you need to do better. Now I have to waste my time and gas to drive to the other location.

This is seriously the worst delivery service in the area. This place needs structure and new management and corporate to come and regulate. I'm not one to leave a review but this is to much. 1st time I ordered something. I was tracking my package, I wanted to make sure I was home to sign for the delivery. My package arrived on the 24th to the facility and was out for delivery on the 25th I waited all day long and it said my package would arrive end of day on the 25th. I saw the FedEx truck drive past my condominium, then I got a phone call later that day saying it was the 3rd day in a row they've tried to deliever my package and I had to go pick it up at the facility or they'd send it back to the person who sent it. I didn't make it a big deal knowing they didn't try to deliver it, I simply went to pick it up and the staff there didn't know what was going on and was rude about it. I waited and finally got my package. This time something similar happened expect this is with my meal prep! If my food went bad because they're to lazy to get down and deliver my package- I'm escalating this.

FedEx has to be the worst delivery service. They throw your package around before it gets delivered. Try to only order items not fragile or breakable via FedEx.

No one at the company is on the same page. Every customer service rep/delivery driver I've talked to has given me different information, and the only phone number listed for this specific location is their general customer service number. That number leads to customer service reps who don't seem to have the ability to access anything but the website I can already see to restate what I have just informed them of, and unable to even help me contact this specific location for a resolution. Unable to even speak to anyone directly at this location for help. Wasted a whole day stuck at home waiting for a package that said it was going to be delivered and wasn't. Spoke to their customer care 5 times throughout the day, after several updated/missed delivery time windows who assured me it was on it's way. The delivery updates started today "by 11am-3pm" then when that passed, "by 8pm" then "delivery by 'End of Day' ". I called care after the last one and asked them to clarify "End of Day" means to them and was told "6pm". ...W...T...F...?

ALL BAD! Don't deliver the package today and say it's because people have been taking Nike products! Why did't you call/email/text. signature was NOT require. Now I have to wait till Monday.Mind I paid for express shipping! Called and they said for sure we will contact the driver and have him come BACK! LIES! Nike uses you but I NEVER will! Don't deliver on the weekend! Even amazon delivers on the weekend! horrible services and they LIE

I would give zero stars if possible they have lost the same package twice. When reaching out for further assistance two representatives hung up the phone in my face and the last one had an attitude and told me it was my fault trusting them to actually deliver my package. I understand it can be stressful during the holiday season and customers can be a lot but if you can't hold your temper and separate your outside emotions from work you don't need to hold a customer service job! There's still no update on my package and they refuse to adjust the extra charge I paid for faster shipping. I understand we are in a pandemic and it's peak season so I expected a delay but I did NOT expect a 6 day delay with no further information on my package.

This company has gone downhill the last few years. Why they continually hire lazy drivers. With all the worthless criminals going around stealing packages , these lazy drivers put box on porch and walk away. No knock ... no doorbell. All Supervisors fault for not making sure their lazy drivers do there jobs

A woman working here on June 1, 2020 around 1 pm refused to print a simple shipping label on regular paper for an old lady causing her to drive to another city where they would. How do you sleep at nights "Karen"?

Just received my packed that has been siting on one of the trucks for about a month. Why pay all this shipping and handling and this is how they treat your stuff!!! This WAS NOT HANDLED like it should have been.

I prefer this FedEx center over the post office any day. Much better place to go when you want to avoid the scowls and contempt directed toward you by the employees at usps on 20th. Nice employees at this location and the wait is never long
